January 5, 2021New Board of Directors of the Hellenic Alumni Association of LSE
The General Assembly and the Elections of the new Board of Directors of the Hellenic Alumni Association of the London School of Economics and Political Science were held with great success on Sunday 15 November, with the largest participation in the history of the association.
This was followed by the election process, in which 16 candidates participated, the largest number of candidates who have ever contested a seat on the Board of the Association.
The seven elected to the Board of Directors are (in order of election).
Following the first meeting of the new Board, the Board was constituted as follows:
⦁ President, Vassilis Apostolopoulos
⦁ Vice President, Theo Kalambokis
⦁ General Secretary, Maria Arvanitidou.
⦁ Treasurer, Anna Papadimitriou
⦁ Member, Isabella Tsirba,
⦁ Member, Mai Zanni
⦁ Member, Katerina Pournaropoulou
By decision of the Board, areas of responsibility were also assigned to the three Members of the Board, as follows:
⦁ Isabella Tsirba, legal advisor, responsible for membership participation and fundraising
⦁ Mai Zanni, responsible for international and public relations
⦁ Katerina Pournaropoulou, Communications, Sustainability and Excellence Officer
