KPMG in Greece with the support of the Hellenic Alumni Association of the London School of Economics will hold the DEI Leadership Conference on November 29th at the "Mikro Pallas" theatre with the central message "The power of Everyone".
Gender, Age, Race, Colour, Origin, Sexual Orientation, Disability make up the image of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and are an increasingly important issue both in our lives in general and for businesses, both within and outside the HR department.
The definition of "diversity" in the workplace is now expanding to include measurable demographics and having a diverse workforce leads to better business outcomes through different orientation and new, innovative ideas.
The conference will bring together top executives, thought leaders and people - heroes from many areas of our lives and everyday life - who through their experiences and experiences will highlight the important issues of diversity, equality and inclusion, presenting global trends and new ideas on them, but also raising awareness in the business community of the need for continuous discussion, education and training around these issues.
