November 19, 2020This year, due to the new data created by the pandemic of the new Covid-19 coronavirus, Destination LSE, the traditional event of the Hellenic Alumni Association of LSE for LSE offer holders was held online, according to the exact instructions given by The London School of Economics and Political Science - LSE.
This yeaŕ we were not able to meet in person. We did, however, have the great pleasure of having as speakers at our online event three of our extremely distinguished colleagues. Vassilis Apostolopoulos, CEO of the Athens Medical Group and President of the Hellenic Business Association, Sia Kosioni, journalist and main presenter of SKAI, and Dimitris Paraskevas, former President of our Association, President of Paraskevas Group and LSE Donor, who spoke about their own experiences of life and studies at LSE.
We would like to thank them very much for responding to our invitation, for sharing such interesting stories with us and for the advice they gave to the young students!
We would also like to thank Vasiliki Poulas, a third year LSE student and President of the LSE SU Hellenic Society, who was with us at the event to answer practical questions from the offer holders!
We wish the young people who are about to start their studies at LSE, in the special conditions of the pandemic, good luck!
