November 23, 2018The event of the Hellenic Association of LSE Alumni on the participation of young people in politics took place on Monday 22 October 2018, in the packed Public Syntagma Hall, with great success. The three speakers, young politicians from three different political parties, Kostas Zachariadis (Director of the Parliamentary Group of SYRIZA), Nikos Romanos (Deputy Press Spokesman of New Democracy) and our fellow student Manolis Christodoulakis (Secretary of the Change Movement) developed many interesting aspects of the topic. This was followed by a dynamic Q&A session, where the audience had the opportunity to ask the speakers numerous questions, while there was a rich exchange of views and discussion. The evening was moderated by our colleague, communication expert Dr. Eleni Rebecca Staiou. We would like to thank the participants as well as all the members and friends of our Association who honoured us with their presence!
