Dear Fellow Students / Dear Members of the Association,
I invite you to the GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING OF OUR ASSOCIATION, which will take place on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 18.00 at the Entrepreneurship Center "Konstantinos Michalos" of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), 8, Americana Street, Athens, 2nd floor.
During the General Assembly, the Administrative and Financial Report of the Board of Directors for the term 2020 - 2022 will be presented. Also, the ELECTIONS for the election of a new seven-member Board of Directors and a new three-member Audit Committee will be held.
- Eligible to stand for candidacy are the Full Members who are in good standing for the current (2022) and the previous (2021) year on the date of submission of their nomination. Payments of delinquent dues may be made on the day of nomination. No candidate shall owe dues for their graduation year.
Candidates must declare their candidacy by submitting a written, verifiable statement to the Association's headquarters (business days from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), or by sending an email to info@lse-alumni.gr at least eight (8) days prior to the General Meeting, i.e., by Monday, November 7, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
The letter should:
1. attach a copy of the subscription deposit slip
2. include the full name, surname, email address and mobile phone number
3. indicate the title of the degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and the year of graduation
4. attach a short curriculum vitae of 150-200 words and, if desired, a photograph
- Regular Members who are in good standing for the current year (2022) on the day of the General Meeting are entitled to vote. Payments of overdue dues may be made on the day of the General Meeting, except for those who are standing for election. No Member shall owe dues for his/her graduation year.
Specifically for fellow members wishing to join the Association for the first time, it is noted that they must have submitted a written application online at info@lse-alumni.gr and paid the annual fee no later than Friday, November 11, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in order to be eligible to vote in the election.
Registration to the Association is annual and is done by depositing the subscription of 30€ at Piraeus Bank.
